Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of oats (100 g oats)
- 3 tbsp flax seeds (50 g flax seeds)
- 1 tea spoon (10 g) baking powder
- 6 Tbsps (100g) feta cheese
- 3 tbsp (50 g) butter
- 2 (140 g) carrots
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp yogurt
- Nigella seeds optional
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it well.
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, 12 small muffins.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
