Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup gluten-free oats
- 2-3 tbsp butter or coconut oil
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in one bowl and blend.
- Pour or spoon the batter into 10 muffin cups.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees, or until a toothpick inserted into the muffin comes out clean.
- Leave the muffins in the muffin cups for 5 minutes before removing.
